We want you to love your Color Street experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused nail strips or beauty products in their original packaging along with a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
